Before his time in law enforcement, Sergeant Supalla worked in many different realms of the private sector from in-office administration to working with heavy machinery. It took him a while, but Sergeant Supalla finally found his calling in law enforcement. Sergeant Supalla has been with the Great Falls Police for eleven years where he currently serves as a patrol supervisor and often instructs in multiple disciplines. Sergeant Supalla has received multiple awards during his time with the GFPD, including The Paul Williams Inspiration Award from the Montana Law Enforcement Academy, the Cascada County DUI Task Force Officer of the Year, the GFPD Award of Commendation, the GFPD LifeSaving Award, the GFPD Officer of the Year, as well as the GFPD Valorous Unity Award. One of the highlights of Sergeant Supalla’s career was being a Field Training Officer, helping new officers establish themselves in this career. Sergeant Supallais active within his local church with his wife and their three children. Sergeant Supalla also enjoys fishing and hunting.
